Zach is an Omaha native and graduate of the University of Nebraska with degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Zach has been with AIE since 2007 in a variety of engineering capacities and has served as President since 2015. Zach specializes in making the impossible difficult.
Emily Andres (Turner) – Emily graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration. She began working at AIE in 2003, and is our Chief Financial Officer where she oversees the financial health of AIE as well as maintains and strengthens the business relationships with our customers and vendors. She leads the accounting team and also handles all HR-related responsibilities at AIE. Emily is often referred to as the heart of AIE as she leads with compassion and a strong ethical and moral direction. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and two children boating at the lake, watching her kids play (and dominate) sports and activities, and traveling.
Matt is a 2009 graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. He spent many years in the marketing and video production industry, as well as time as a professor at UNL teaching motion graphic design and animation. Matt joined the team in September of 2018, where he manages our dealer sales team as the director of dealer development, as well as the marketing team as the marketing director. Matt is passionate about creating new and exciting marketing materials for our products, growing our dealer network through a unified team-based process, and fostering a strong work culture at AIE. When not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys camping, playing games, and playing music.
Joe grew up in Grafton Ne (Fillmore County) and joined the AIE team in 2016. He is learning his way around the parts department and is our Parts Director for all part lines at all three AIE locations. Joe originally went to school to be a Veterinary Technician and learned soon he would rather deal with people than animals. Joe enjoys his friends, family, wife, and grandkids.
Tony is a native of Fresno, Ca where he started working in an auto Parts store at a young age for family. Tony has 35+ years of knowledge in the Automotive, AG and Industrial industry. Tony started working with AIE in 2019. When not working, Tony enjoys bowling, fishing, racing and spending time with family.
CJ was born and raised in the small north-central Nebraska town of Bassett. He has 2 teenage sons, Dayton and Paxton. His oldest is headed to USD to study kinesiology with hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist and will play football on scholarship. His youngest is very active in athletics also and will keep CJ and his wife, Cori, busy after the oldest goes to college. This is CJ’s 2nd tour at Anderson. CJ enjoy watching his sons play sports, tinkering with a couple of old Ford Falcons in the garage, and when he is not feeling productive, he enjoys a whiskey.
Georgianne is well versed in the world of sales and manufacturing. She started with fresh fruit out of Vero Beach, FL (8yrs), and then moved on to ground support equipment for airlines and airports out of Kansas City, KS (15yrs). After that she started with Anderson Industrial Engines selling Honda Engines. Georgianne loves any type of travel and adventure. In late 2022, Georgianne became AIE’s KC Branch Manager.

Doug comes to Anderson Industrial Engine with 16 years of Aftermarket and OEM Powertrain Sales experience. Doug’s responsibilities include managing the Midwest OEM Sales Team while also focusing on key accounts. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and one grandson while carving out time to ride his bicycle, work on his golf swing, or play with the two-family dogs.
Dana has been in the Industrial/On-Highway engine business for about 16 years. He has been married 17 years and has 2 kids. Dana likes to hunt, fish, and play golf when he is not attending his kid’s sporting events.
Don began his career with AIE in 1979 and has worked in a variety of capacities. Currently Don focuses on OEM engines sales for JCB, Ford, and Kubota engines. He has been instrumental in the growth in our company over the last 43 years helping AIE become a leading supplier in the industrial engine market. He and his wife have two sons and enjoy six grandchildren. Don enjoys collector cars, hunting, fishing, and many outdoor activities.
Jared has been in the Industrial engine business for about 4 years. He has been married for 8 years and has 2 kids. Jared likes to fish, camp, and play video games when he is not putting up hay during the summer.
Jim has a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. Prior to college, he was a Journeyman Nissan Technician with an ASE L1 certification. Jim’s recent sales experience is focused on natural gas engines in municipal water and generator applications. He has extensive experience navigating California ARB and local air district regulations for both mobile and stationary sources.
John has been an esteemed team member with Anderson Industrial Engines since May 1987. He has dabbled in several areas of the company including Shipping and Receiving, Service, and Sales. He is the master of everything Honda and is a top-notch salesman! John enjoys his time with his Grandchildren and boating, fishing, and spending time with his wife.
Mark was born in Fresno, CA and resides there still. He attended Fresno City College and began his engine career in 1985 and has held multiple positions in the industry as Parts Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and Product Manager. He has been involved with engineering and design of power units, generator systems and irrigation pumps and deep well drives in diesel, natural gas and propane units for over 30 years. Mark is married to his beautiful wife Cora Peterson and they have two children that are adults, a wonderful daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.
Originally a customer of AIE, Michael grew up in his father’s small manufacturing business where he built equipment from his teen years until 2007. After a short stint repairing equipment, he took a job with Kansas City Power Products and is now with AIE. He has two wonderful daughters that keep him busy. His interests are family, grilling, guns, building stuff, tools, mountain biking, and snowmobiling in the mountains.
Rick comes to AIE with a strong background in industrial engine sales, distribution and operations management and serves our OEM customers in the Rocky Mountain region. Rick brings many years of experience and expertise in working with customers in every market and places high value on the great relationships he has developed over the years. He and his wife have three adult children (all married) and three precious grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, jeeping, motorcycling and great adventures in the mountains!
Growing up, Keith spent the majority of his childhood living above an automotive shop and seeing custom projects and fabrication come to life. When he entered the workforce, Keith got his start doing general contracting before moving into automotive service and then managing custom coach building projects. Outside of work, Keith also focuses on custom projects, from project cars to building computers or working on writing programs. Always one for education, Keith is always reading up on new technologies and researching new fields as he comes across them.

Holland joined AIE in 2021 as a Dealer Development Specialist out of Modesto, California. He loves building relationships with our dealers and helping them solve issues and find success. In his free time, Holland is a woodworking expert, building his own custom-made flyfishing rods.
Jim was born and raised on a family farm in Nebraska. His background in sales, customer service, and the transportation industry makes him a great fit for an AIE dealer representative. Jim is married with 3 amazing children. He loves spending time with his family, camping, swimming, tractor pulls, and hanging out around the fire pit.
Matt has years of experience in the offroad Automotive aftermarket, and also as a European Automotive service technician. Oregonian born and raised but spent his childhood as an airforce brat around the country. Matt is a second-generation Eagle Scout and hopes his teenage son will be the third. He has a passion for Vintage Japanese motorcycles and old ratty Volkswagons!
With a bachelor’s degree in business and a strong history of sales and customer service, Nathan brings a lot to the table as a dealer sales representative with AIE for Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. Born and raised in Colorado, Nathan has always had a heart for the outdoors. After spending several years in Texas, Nathan and his family decided to move to Colorado Springs, CO to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. He, his wife, and two young children love camping, hiking, and spending quality time together.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Steve is happily married with a son, daughter and five amazing grand kids. He has been in the industry for 29 years and with the Anderson Industrial Engines KC since 2015. He enjoys spending time with his grand kids, BBQ, and beer.

Craig is a California native and graduate of the California Maritime Academy and the University of California, Davis with advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in the fields of automotive design, testing, wiring harness design, and sales. Craig joined the AIE team in March 2019 and joined H.G. Makelim in April 2018. When not making the impossible possible, Craig enjoys motorcycles, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
Alec is a Kansas City native and attended the University of Kansas graduating with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He arrived to the AIE Kansas City branch in the Fall of 2015 as a Mechanical Engineer. Alec enjoys being outdoors, exercising, tinkering with cars, and occasionally getting into programming projects.
A native of North Dakota, Derrick attended the University of North Dakota. He first worked for Vermeer, and then worked for the Auto Research Center in Indianapolis, until moving back to Omaha with his wife, Ashley. Derrick loves playing hockey, and watching the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Growing up in town, Mike has always lived and worked in the City of Omaha. At his previous employment, Mike worked as a Service Technician traveling the world to install and repair ICP-MS coupled Laser Ablation systems. In 2018, Mike made the move out of Service and into Production as a Manufacturing Engineer working between the Engineering Team and managing his Production team. Mike met his now-wife Brianna while playing hockey, however, they both rarely play at the same time, now that they have a daughter, Lily. Mike continues to love and play hockey, most of the time as a goalie.
Rochak strongly believes in the power of technological progress and that we all should strive for it. He is interested in Battery Management systems, Embedded systems, PIDs and automation, MATLAB, and Digital Signal Processing.
Rochak is from a small beautiful country, Nepal. He loves to skate, bike ride, watch movies, talking, and cooking.
Ryan grew up in Bellevue Nebraska and graduated from UNL. He started AIE in January of 2021 as an Application Engineer. Ryan enjoys working on cars, motorcycles, food, and physical fitness.

Andy has a background in warehouse management and nearly ten years of experience as a graphics department manager. Andy has had many roles including customer product support, sales and marketing, handling all inter-company inquiries, product management, special projects, shipping, and processing orders!
After spending 34 years in the outdoor power equipment industry running his own business, Mike closed up shop and moved to Modesto to be closer to his children. In his spare time, Mike loves camping, hunting, fishing, shooting guns and shooting pool.
Rick started working in a family automotive and Harley Davidson M/C machine shop at 17, After many years doing that, Rick then worked at a Toyota dealership body shop. That job
transitioned into the parts department. Rick started at AIE in 2015 in the parts department. In his spare time, you can find him in his garage working on his project Foxbody Mustang.
Steve was raised in Falls City, NE, Steve joined the Marine Corps after high school. Steve came to Omaha in 1993, met his wife Stacy, and started a family. He worked a few jobs in the Omaha area ranging from Telemarketing management to linen and uniform sales, as well as a Regional Manager for the Omaha World-Herald. His previous work experience in the capacity of a part was 10 years working with Diesel Power Eq Co. Now, he is back in the groove of parts sales and enjoys helping solve customer issues. Steve likes to spend as much of his free time as possible in the woods.

Danny graduated from Modesto Junior College with a A.S. in Agricultural Mechanics. Danny joined the Modesto branch staff in 2007 where he has spent time as Engine Technician (5 years), customer service representative (4 years), Production Supervisor (2 Years) and Service Manager (1 year). In his spare time, Danny enjoys spending time with family and working on race cars or anything with an engine!
Dayna is an Iowa native. She came to work for AIE in 2020. Outside of work, she likes to work out for stress relief, do seasonal activities (pumpkin patch, make Christmas goodies etc.), and loves to make treats. She is a dedicated viewer of the Ozarks and the Handmaid’s Tale.
Erick joined AIE in 2022 and as a service specialist out of Modesto California. Erick comes from an extensive mechanical background with ten years experience as a field generator technician and three year as a Harley Davidson service technician. In his spare time Erick enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters and riding motorcycles.
James is originally from Maryland. He started working on lawnmower engines when he was 12 before enrolling in an automotive academy in high-school, and then worked as a service tech for 2 years. James served in the Marine Corps as a Horn Instrumentalist. He moved to Nebraska while chasing the love of his life. He enjoys paragliding in his free time.
Born and raised in Wichita, KS, Richard graduated from Pittsburg State University with a B.S. in Automotive Manufacturing Technology. His professional background is applications engineering (14 years) and generator set application and technical support (6 years). Richard joined the Kansas City branch staff in 2008, where he runs the service department, and conducts applications testing. In his spare time, Richard enjoys antique cars and tractors, target shooting, reading about history, and spending time with his family.
Stephen hails from Aurora NE with oddball knowledge of construction/handyman work. He joined AIE in August 2017 working in the assembly department and switched to the service department in June 2019. He’s married with two sons that keep him on his toes. He enjoys spending time with friends, hanging out with his family, playing video games, wrenching on cars and racing at the track.
